Problems with Norwich

a) No creative midfielder. We have a midfielder who can stand on the ball and kill the game if need be - Russell. He needs to be brought to the fore and team built around him. We had one (Safri) but he's gone now.

b) Need a good striking partnership. Cureton can clearly score but we need a tall striker alongside him. A la Dublin, but someone who can play 46 games for 90 minutes if need be.

c) A right winger who can cross with a bit of pace. Otsemobor is good but he's a right back. We need a 'Huckerby' on the right.

d) Passion. This has to be instilled by the manager. Grant, nice bloke but he's not the man, sorry.
