why? He's the sodding manager it's his

responsibility to organise and motivate the players. If they're not performing there's a reason for it and the reason is a manager who I've always believed is a liability. He criticises his own players, officials and opposition players publicly and clearly isn't capable organising the proverbial p-up in a brewery.
