What has happened to the team that I love?

I have just come back from the pub having managed to dart down in time for the second half.

Now admittedly (and shamefully) it's the first time that I've had a chance to see them live this season but the 45 (or really 50) minutes that I did see were the worst performance that I can remember in recent history! No invention, poor passing (crisp passing used to be the hallmark of a Norwich team), a strategy that appears to involve collapsing onto the penalty box whenever QPR were attacking and then hoofing the ball as soon as we got anywhere near to the half way line. Even when PG did go for a more attacking formula the pattern didn't appear to change until QPR played in a more defensive mode in an attempt to protect their lead. If we continue like this (and please god let it change) then we will be looking at League one football next year.

If you haven't already guessed I'm totally despondent at the moment and can only hope that this represents the bottom of our on-pitch performances.
