the more bosses and owners earnm the more the workers can earn.....

you'll never have the situation where a worker earns more than the boss......

its happened to my mate, whos one of thompson pages best salesman - - was SO successful was earning with commission MORE than his boss and even bosses boss! so they promoted him and now he earns less, cos the sales team he's inherited are shyte!!!!
