Campylobacter

Shitting blood, puking for three days, waking up every hour to go to the toilet with no idea of which end it was going to come out of.

It was a notifiable illness, so after the medical centre had checked the sample I had given, the effin council were ringing up to ask where I had bought my food.

Lost a stone in a week.
