He should get a yellow for that, and any consequences which follow -

a retrospective red if he was already on a yellow in the game, or a suspension if he already had a yellow in the competition.

But UEFA are going to have to punish Celtic. What is scary is that they would be entirely in the right to follow the precedent from FIFA with the Danish fan and award Inter Milan the win. I really, really hope they don't though as Celtic won fair and square.
