Was Worthy much less of an 'unknown' than Grant when we hired him?

He was hardly a big-name manager, anyway.

I'm not sure about this lacking ambition thing. Half the time people seem to be complaining about the high wages we pay. We have to liuve within our means, that's all. Just like we did under Worthy.

For a few years we had prem cash / parachute payments. Now we don't. I don't really see where ambition comes into it.
