Here's an IT problem for you

Not long ago I was sent a free VISTA upgrade where I could upgrade from normal windows to Vista.

Stuck in the CD and went through the set up wizard. It made me delete loads of files and thingys such as Sound Driver etc but it told me all will be fine once we are up and running. However, up and running we never were as there were all sorts of issues I had no idea how to solve.

So I'm stuck with a computer with no Sound Driver etc etc. Didn't know what to do so had to do a system restore.

Now my Real Player and Windows Media Player won't play DVDs for some reason. Anyone know what I can do? In Real player I get sound but no picture. In WMP i get "can't play this DVD"

HELP!!
