It is a free country and you can say whatever the f**k you like though

however, if you want to improve society then perhaps it is best not to use racially offensive terms or act in a racially offensive manner. If you can pass this onto your offspring along with other positive moral values, probably best done by setting a good example onesself, then generally, there will be a modicum of hope for the future.
