listen.. i'm not for or against grant...

But this is classic knee jerk stuff. He needs time to gel his team at least.. if in 8 games time its still not working and we are still bad then i will agree with you all that he needs to go, but for me its still too early for him to be judged, he's not even had his best team out yet.
