Standing ..... same old story

can anyone tell me who i need to speak to about getting a transfer for the 'men in jackets' who parade around the snakepit asking us all to sit down and get our blankets and flasks of tea out with the useless 'men in jackets' who allow the away fans to stand most of the game??
thanks will save alot of trouble tomorrow night
