Thank God for this board

The other boards are full of crap like this:
We should have got this player or that player, we should get this player on loan, so and so is a free agent.....

FFS WAKE UP GUYS

This is a side with so little confidence we would currently struggle to beat anything put in front of us, a new player or 4 is not going to make the slightest difference.

Yes we should have signed a CB but in the main and I feel the board in general agrees that the squad itself was improved and good enough to compete at this level.

I was undecided about Grants appointment initially but felt quietly confident coming into this season, my only concern being with so many new personnel there was a danger of some poor results until the team gelled.

Well that my optimism shot to f**k....PG must go, despite his enthusiasm he clearly lacks the basic skills required.

The problems are of his making berating players, going into games with an attitude of not losing as opposed winning the game.

We play not as a team but as 3 units Defence Midfield and Attack his insistence that players stick rigidly to their position task leaving us completely devoid of any flexibility and inventiveness

Lets hope he jumps ship or I fear this could drag on for some time.......
