Oops, sorry - I forgot the 6 hour time difference

Will check back later, but I fear this will be lost in a welter of delusional 'sack the manager' rants. And mostly from a load of usernames new to the board claiming they never wanted Grant in the first place ! As I remember, the mood when he was appointed was of almost universal agreement for cautious optimism. It never ceases to amaze me how many aftertimers can come on here claiming total foresight...
