A poor inept manager at work, regardless of trade…. Well you end up with an unhappy, unmotivated workforce that is unproductive. Think what gets up peoples goat is PG does like to rant but there’s no real substance behind what he says. If you’re a vocal manager you’ve gotta back up what you’re saying. Brian Clough was a good example…would always give his opinions in a very straight way, but everyone knew he talked sense. This is not the case with PG I fear.
