I think the only way to redeem the situation is to get rid of Grant now and bring in someone experienced (Jewell, Warnock etc - ok they may not come but lest at least try!). If the rumours regarding the Turners supposedly gradually taking over from Delia and MWJ are true then that process needs to be fast tracked and we need some cash injected. If they are not going to do that then we should be actively seeking outside investment asap!
