Sure it has all been said below but

Yesterday was deeply depressing and imho we are f**ked unless the Turners come in an inject some serious cash into the club. At present we have:

1. A clueless manager who appears to me to be totally incapable of picking the correct team or formation for any game. Stop trying to be a tactical genius Grant and keep it simple. Team yesterday was wrong again (no need to drop both Russel and Brellier should have been Spillar alongside one of them), he took the wrong player off when making the subs but mostly the formation was a joke and the players, once again, looked like they had no idea who was supposed to be playing where. Hucks was often ahead of both Curo and Brown, Curo spent most time on the wings and Brown seemed to be at right back for spells of the first half. Its a shambles and we should cut our losses now and get in someone with experience.

2. A squad with glaring weaknesses that it is now too late to fully address. i am still of teh school of thought that our team is not as bad as is being made out (if played in a sensible formation and the right players are picked) but the fact is we are still a couple fo key players short and are now, once again, totally reliant on loans if we are to fill those gaps!

3. A board that bleats on about ambition but clearly pays lip service to it when the resources made available to grant in comparison to other, smaller clubs in the division are compared.

4. A £7 millions deficit - somehow!

Basically since we got promoted it has been one long, momentous balls up and, in the absence of new investment coming in, I can't see how we are ever going to challenge again in this division. in the short term relegation is a real danger.

Depressing times!
