OUR football club needs a huge shake-up.

I think I have come to the end of my tether. OUR football club (beacuse it is ours, not Neil Doncaster's, not Delia's, not Grant's, not Huckerby's) is in decline, and has been for 3 and a half years.

Firstly, the half-witted board kept Worthington in charge for 18 months too long despite his tactical ineptness and frighteningly bad signings after relegation. Despite this, he is seems like Arsene Wenger compared to the guy who has taken over.

Peter Grant is a disgrace, he slagged OUR fans, US off after being in charge for f**king 6 WEEKS! Then he took to blaming everyone but himself for numerous defeats (we ended up only one poistion higher than when Worthy was sacked). He spouts off about stuff that he should think twice about, and seems he can't hold a relationship with any players without falling out or slagging them off. And I mean our best players - Safri, Huckerby etc. He plays players out of position and says our brightest young talent, Martin, is not playing because of "bad luck." What exactly does that f**king mean, Grant? Our centre-forward (who Grant signed) has no goals in 17 appearances for the club and doesn't ever look like scoring, and yesterday played right-wing. Grant is tactically inept, a shocking man manager and doesn't know what he is saying.

Secondly, our board I am afriad it is time for a shake-up there too. Delia, Michael...I think you are great and you are wonderful people. Thanks for the money, thanks for the time and support but it is time to hand it over now. In modern-day football unfortuantely money speaks and we don't have enough, we are spiralling into debt and this is despite 25,000 crowds each week. Neil Doncaster is a difficult one: despite his friendly and approachable nature I don't think he understands the passion and intricacies which lie behind being the main man, the spokesman for our club. Let's get this sorted or our club will be left behind, as it has been since 2005. OUR fans deserve better than an awful manager and a stale board.
