angle If you pay for Sky or Virgin and the service is poor and doesn't come up to your expectations do you say oh well give them time to sort it out (as in weeks and weeks) or do you ring them up and give them s**t down the phone after a few bad days? It is a bit different I know but NCFC supporters are buying a product and have a right to expect the best within the clubs resources and abilities
