We need to get rid of the board

as well as Grant.

Yes the board have done some good in the past (o.k a lot) but they kept Worthington even when the fans and players had turned against him and Grant didn't even need to apply which if they chased him and he is this bad then oh my God do they need to go.

I never liked Grant, when he first came in we played a bit better but after the games he kept going to the press to say how bad the team was, not to mention Cureton scores two then gets a pounding in the press - I thought that was bad management always going to the press

We desperatly needed players due to the injuries and suspension yet he kept sending them out on loan - Bad managment

He kept using excuses like "You can't play reserve football and then get thrown in to the first team as your un-fit and the pace is quicker so that is why I've sent Jarvis and McVeigh on loan" then stick Fotheringham straight in someone who had not even played reserve football, only trained with Ranges - Bad management and a hypocrit

He said his loyalties where to Norwich so then he manks our injuries and suspensions worse by sending Robinson (Welsh international) and Flemming away (For Christ's sake we only have 2 centre backs and he gives one a free) - Terrible management.

Then while going through this striker injury crisis Jarvis is scoring 5 goals in 2 games for L.O but Grant ignores him and brings more youth through just for the sake of it. We have professionals why not use them? Because Jarvis is not Scottish! (Renton is, so Grant is using Norwich to improve the scottish team) - All Norwich youth Scottish players move up and all he buys is Scottish or players from Scotland - Seriously are there no other coutries to look in? but when he does look in other countries he doesn't bother to play that player (Striker scored more goals coming off the bench than Brown has scored this season, why pay up to a million to not play them?!)

He buys Striker but does not want to play him - The worse manager in history can see Brown can't and won't score, oh wait he can't!
