Not someone "looking to step up to be a Manager".
Not someone, God forbid, already at the club and the tiresome old excuse "continuity".

*Someone established.
*Someone with a track record.
*Someone who will encourage and develop/play the young players.
*Someone who will find a way of playing Huckerby and for him to be effective.
*Someone who actually will be able to encourage players to the club and who has contacts, unlike Gunny and his f**king mythical telephone contact book.
