I think that's pretty revealing

The local media were openly hostile to Hamilton because they knew first hand of the chaos going on, and how senior players were being treated. If Adams is already becoming critical, it suggests something similar: that the press know Grant's lost the dressing room, and regard him as totally out of his depth.
