No idea if it's true or not: certainly, Hearts fans had heard nothing about Hagi joining. Frail, incidentally, has worked very hard as a bridgehead between the fans and Hearts' increasingly ridiculous coaching staff and board: I really couldn't say whether he's that good a coach or not. He's been wanting out of the club for a while now - and the Jim Duffy connection means there could well be something in this.
