Worthy's obsession with 'experience' was a huge kick in the teeth

not only overpaid players but players with no resale value. On relegation we should have concentrated on young talent, like Brum last year.
It makes sense both financially and from a football point of view (the has-beens knew their Prem days were past and they'd be moved on if we went up so they had no incentive, while younger players would surely have been hungry to succeed)
