My last sentance

was a little harsh, he hasnt taken us backwards yet, im prepared to give him this season and see where we end up (Unless we look like we are going to get relegated, then drastic action could be needed).

Afterall Grant did tell us all on many occasions that we should judge him on this season.

For the record, I think we will finish about 16th
