partly about teh lack of a creative midfielder, which is largely caused by the injuries to Smith and Fozzy.

Hence we are using Russell as the 'attacking' midfielder, even though he is more of a hustler with very limited technical and passing ability.

If everyone was fit I don't think the balance problem would exist, hence Grant's use of the phrase 'at this moment in time'
