Which I wasn't expecting at all. I thought I'd put him in the bottom eight, but both Simon Davey (Barnsley) and Phil Brown (Hull) did really well to turn their teams around last season; Gregory's done OK at Loftus Road, and the likes of Geraint Williams and Nigel Adkins have done incredible jobs so far. Like it or not, Magilton's done fine so far too: he's making the best of a very tough job, unlike Grant.

My bottom two? Bryan Robson and then PG.
