He had to bring in numbers as we all noticed that or squad was far too small, but he lost earnie and dickson for £5million and has only spent about half that, we clearly cant compete with the wages of the bigger clubs and therefore how do we exppect to be challenging them for promotion.
we clearly lack quality in key areas, but unless we give Grant money then we have to expect a very slow progression. It could take a few seasons to build a squad without any money
