Players not on the same wavelength you can understand with a new team.

Players taking time to gel and blend you can also understand.

A blatant lack of effort however is not acceptable!

Watching The Championship today it starts with the run out onto the pitch.

The gold scum players storm out onto the pitch whereas Huckerby et al dawdle and our Czech 'Wonder' stands looking around as if he doesn't know why he is there?????

Thats motivation, or a complete lack of it.

I was one of those who suggested we should not judge Grant until xmas.......that view is rapidly changing, xmas could be too late.

Saturday is huge for all of us!
