we dont have a first team coach
we dont have any decent centre backs
we dont have a team spirit
we dont have anyone to motivate the team at half time(worthy always could)
We dont have any discipline
We dont have any flair

We are a shambles.

I'm sure Grant is a great coach but maybe he isn't cut out for management, maybe he could have the vacant first team coach role?
