Although the Dion decision was a joke it may be a blessing long term.

Should we really be looking at DD as our main central defender long term.
As good as he is, he hi-lights our weakness at the position.
Maybe forcing Grant to look at Spilane/Murray/other options might be a good thing.

I know its easy to blame PG but he has said many times he is trying to bring in players but they either dont want to come all the way to Norfolk or they are asking incredible fees for a short term loan.
Should we really pay 500K plus wages for a 6 month loan?
This is for players who have hardly any Prem experience and are not even close to the first team.

Our only options are to wait until Christmas or try and do some kind of loan/buy/under the table deal such as the Etuhu deal from Preston.
