Assuming you mean the Real Madrid situation. Capello was sacked not because he won the league but his style of football. It was not attractive enough for the heirachy of Real. It was blindingly obvious for everyone else outside of the club to see that although it wasn't attractive, it was bloody effective though. It was similar to chelski in some respects. Also someone had to come in and kick some ass because the "galacticos" had a far to higher opinion of themselves.

R.e. Barca, he wouldn't go. His style of football is too negative for Joan Laporta. The fans dont want him either. Although he has been successful. Barca are far to stable to start chopping and changing management now. They are at a very good stage. They have a fantastic squad with some awesome young players coming through like Messi. They have a good mix of players and are exciting to watch. My tip for champions league this year.
