Hear Ye, Hear Ye

It is this day decreed that one Daniel Clarence Mills, formerly of the parish of Sprowston, is to be excluded from the Royal County of Norfolkshire, under charge of being a prize quim. If any nobleman of this County should gain notice of Mills attempting to cross the county border, he must alert Sheriff Royston Blower forthwith, whereupon Mills shall be apprehended, taken to Bungay, and there, in the Market Square be pelted with fish-guts and Amy Whinehouse CDs until he confesses his heinous crimes. He shall then be left to rot in Yarmouth gaol, when neither his three-legged wife, nor his bearded mother shall be permitted to visit him.
