i.e. slagging someone just cos they dont agree with you.

I still think it's too early to say he's crap etc... what has happened to all the good stuff we have admired about Grant - does it suddlenly go out the door becasue of a shaky start to the season?

Get out the crap - check
Take Cup games seriously - check
Get players in who want to play for the club - check
Identified weaknesses in the first XI - check
Identified that we have a weakness in defence and are ttying to sort it out - check
honest assessments of games - check
trying different tactics, other than hoof and hope - especially at away games - check (not that I dont agree this is alse one of the biggest misgivings I have at the moment, but to be honest Ii'd rather see us try to change things and fail, than not to change the apporach, and fail)
