Grant is not what we needed

I keep trying to like the guy but cant. Every time he takes a step forward it is followed by 2 steps back. He talks a good game but that is it. What we needed was someone who know the division and the transfer market, someone with experience to steady our ship. Instead we got an untried coach.

So far Grant seems to be the perfect example of "A good coach does not make a good manager"
