Was the safest place going really. Any fights were normally started by people coming

in and thinking the place had a reputation and testing themselves against it.

Mind you, when it did kick off (not very often) it went mental with some regulars like the above mentioned Paul and Andy, Scotty Harkness (RIP) and Ricky who once headbutted a bloke for staring at him, and then apologised when he noticed his white stick go flying as he fell to the floor.
