Sounds Like...

He wanted him, Mills was happy to come here-but it was costly, the Board therefore wouldn't sanction it, Mills went to Charlton for about the same amount, wages wise, PG knows we could and should have signed him and is frustrated about it! His enigmatic comments do suggest that he is a tad annoyed about it.
