If a team mate turns in a VERY SHIT performance lump the f**ker in the side of the head when walking off the pitch from behind. Make it a good 'un and when he comes round he will eventually discover that you have written VERY SHIT on his forehead in indelible ink. This will cause him to reflect on his performance and in future he will try a bit harder. If that doesn't work then let me know and I'll give you an advanced lesson in motivational techniques.
