Worthy was never great at man management, but he certainly wasnt one for whom the players disliked. Nice Guy, Very DUll and a not the brightest.

As for Grant, if the rumours are true his man management is a big fat zero, along with his tactical ineptitude. I think he has signed ok, but is that enough?

He probably should be a scout.
