Anyone Else Being Pestered By Cold Calling Financial "Companies"?

In particular, good old Windsor Finance (based in India apparantly)- had the usual 8am call this morning, "...am I the homeowner?.." then the spiel about how they have my application -WHAT f**king application?-"...and can I answer a few questions etc etc..?", this all kicked off at the beginning of the year now they are bloody back again!

Anyone else getting this? 1471 reports it as coming from "01212733761" (no doubt they feel having a number left gives them some 'legitimacy'?) and if so, how?
