Virgin Media Problem

Just wondering if anyone with Virgin Media were having problems with their 'on demand' services?

Mine isn't working, when I select either a programme off catch up tv or a series it just comes up with a blank screen even though the timer at the bottom is ticking.

Just wondered if anyone else is having problems?
