Two teams of 7 foot freaks take it in turns to put a ball in a net. It is somehow typical that Americans, who dislike "soccer" because there isn't enough scoring, should go to the extreme of creating a sport where there is too much. To the extent that a score isn't actually exciting, and since nothing else much happens...
(and what is the point of the middle section of a basketball court? All the play seems to take turns being concentrated in a small area around each team's basket. There is no 'midfield' play at all.)
