I went to an exhibition about Hairoos in Amsterdam's Nieuwe Kerk the other day. They had

a drawing by Jonny Wilkinson of himself with arrows pointing to various parts of his body with text describing each injury he has had since 2003. And one last arrow pointing to his chest with the text "Never lost heart".

They also had Marc van Bommel's football boots from when he was 8 years old, Inge de Bruin's float from when she learned to swim at age 3, a team photo from Ruud van Nistelrooy's international debut on which he had scribbled "never would have believed it" and sent to his father. And loads of other crap like that.

And lots of shirts covered in blood from captains and admirals and stuff wot died when fighting the English yares agoo. And some bones.
