going back to my problem last night ....if anybody cares

Thanks to everyone one who offered advice but I seem to have the same problem in IE 7
For those who didn't see my post last night ,while most of you are viewing this board with the message headers in the top half of the screen and any messages you open in the bottom ,I view any messages I open another screen ,and its driving me mad
tried loads of things from the tools options in IE7 just can't get it so I see message headers at the top and the message at the bottom
I have the same problem in Firefox

Anybody got any idea
