It's a giant brain, made of marble.

In C&A square in front of the pigeon holder (that statue of blokey having a good sit and a think) where the Emos go to damage themselves, they've done some Art. THere's a big marble brain, and a collection of small marble "benches" (you can sit on them) each with an inscription of some lofty theme that blokey might be musing about, and there is also a Giant Marble Brain, which is part of the art.

It all cost brazillions of pounds, and everyone is up at arms, as even after the market's face-lift, the war memorial at the top looks like a s**thole.
