defoe, owen and smith are in the squad. bent got an injury, and i think he'd have been in there otherwise.

rooney is out, crouch is suspended. i dont like heskey much but there really isnt much to choose from. ashton will get in the squad sooner or later but he's been out for months and only just come back. walcott isn't convincing either
