Let me also clarify something else- I was accused of fraudulent trading but the judge DISMISSED the charge for ABUSE OF PROCESS by the Crown Prosecution Service and the British Government. That tells all to anyone who understands English Law. Substantial damages are now due and I am already in contact with the Government lawyers regarding a writ I issued. To be remanded in prison these days sems quite a common occurance.
I am the ONLY person in the HISTORY of English Law to be EXTRADITED from another country and acquitted by the judge declaring abuse of process which is the most serious condemnation of the CPS ever! Rather than anyone being suspricious about me they should be so against the Government and their motivation for raising false charges! Let me also state quite catagorically- as a lawyer what I have seen in the NCFC LTD accounts- had I been on the Board it is likely a police investigation would have occured! It is a criminal offence per se not to file accounts on time. Ask any solicitor please. It is a criminal offence not to disclose loans made to the company.
It is a criminal offence to swap loans for shares at preferential value. It is called fraudulent preference. It is a criminal offence to sell assets of the company at undervalue. It is a criminal offence to mortgage "buildings current and future" for undervalue. As I said I was accused of less! I wsould not have raised these issues if I had not been criticized on my past- afterall I was acquitted and in a democracy that counts for all! Those on the BB who are only interested in being offensive to me are only interested in maintaining a mediocre club struggling in the 1st Division whilst the directors retain interests that are hurting the club! And- who in heavens name drafted the contracts for the sale of Bellamy ? Sure as God made apples it could never have been a solicitor! When selling an asset for £5,000,000 why did they not spend £1000 and take Counsels opinion ? That would have protected them from any potential future criticism! Why tell the press they lost 81.2m when it was £1.5 m ? WHY NOT REPLY TO ME AND ANSWER THE QUESTIONS ? These are what count not whether I was held in prison. We have three Italian Ministers that were in jail that now lead Italy. We have our Prime Minister that still faces various corruption charges. I NOTHING! My penal certificates are clean! I just want this club in Premier League but it cannot be done with these crippling loans of dubious nature and matter.
Press the Board to reply and to PROVE me wrong! If they do I will walk away from this deal! There is a challenge! Prove they have NOT violated the Companies Act 1985 to the detriment of the club! Regards AVV.GIOVANNI DI STEFANO
