Not much of a reply, but the board will stick by him and give him a few years....and quite right too.

It took them a while to find the person they wanted to manage the club and really its only 4 game sinto Grants 1st real season with his players.

I don't expect Norwich to be really any force at all in the league until 2008/2009 season. It takes a while to get a team together & to play well together esp when you don't have silly cash to blow around.
