I dont think it will come. Brown was neither here nor there today. He wasnt 'superb' and he wasnt terrible. However hard this bloke works, i just dont see him scoring many (any??) goals for us.

Well, bugger me, thats the whole point of a striker. If Brown continues to 'not score' , far too much pressure is on JC and our non scoring (on the whole) midfielders. Its all very well doing lovely flick ons which end up all over the show and winning free kicks, but we need to get goals out of him. Thats the name of the game. Either he'll cut it or he wont - and at the moment its looking unlikely that he'll cook up enough goals to get us in the top half (let alone the top six!)

He had chances today and fluffed them. Grant must take some responsibilty today for not introducing Martin, when we most needed him. Hes our future, along with Strihavka and JC there are bags of goals.

Shame about the defence ...
