Considering the amount of changes that have been made to the staring line ups since the beginning of the season I would say that the team has not time to gel.

I think the whole hysteria comes down to over expectation of some sections of the fans. We were in the Prem for one season people seemed to think we then belonged there. Then when we got rid of Worthy for making us s**t, people seem to expect a sudden change and for us to play like Arsenal. It ain't gonna happen, this is long term and over the summer things have gone in the right direction. Once we get a settled side, then I think you can judge but until then lets just get behind the team and management.
