OK, we've done this already a bit today and I am actually still in the 'let's give Grant some time' camp but he comes out with such s**t sometimes.

Well no, you didnt have to play him. You could of played Lappin at LB and had about 6 possibilites in who filled the void left from Lappin moving around.
